Never cared, family did. Got money, gifts, and whatnot, put on a smile. Waited till night where they finally left me alone, relax and put on a real smile. Drift away to sleep in peace, waiting for the next day where they continued to refuse to leave me alone. Still put on that smile, eventually feeling some form of happiness that I can keep the smile on. Feeling skilled, persistent, or something like that.
Repeat cycle, all year around. Birthdays were just an extreme.

Last birthday I had a facebook and changed my birthday and deleted anyone who mentioned it. Facebook is now deleted as it should have been.

No one got me anything and it was glorious, as my power levels are properly hidden and no one really knows what I like. I don't need anymore crap. But grandma got me something small, but you can't make her not get you anything.

Years have gone by and facebook has switched from something that you have for the social life alone to something that basically anyone has.
I swear to god, people have asked for my profile link rather than my email address for contact in a project.

I'm okay with /jp/ people having reluctant profiles, it doesn't make them normalfag scum unless they turn into the sort of guys that upload a hundred pics of all the beers they drank at a party with bitches.
Plus, I don't know about you, but what I like is the accepting nature of the board. We don't care about your quirks, your social anxiety, your gender issues. Just that you post here. We could extend the same tolerance to the normal scum as long as they don't push an agenda of "get laid you losers".
