Many of the longer chain quests have got a bit of new content:
Dating/NTR quest (one of the few events that works with every character)
Freeing Rin from prison
Goblin bride (you now join the goblin village and can convert your other party members to goblin brides as well)
Various guild quests in the capital
Fairy quest in the island country
Also there is a chain quest in the Orc town that I haven't really checked out even though it receives constant updates because the guy working on it seems to have got a little carried away and has written some SERIOUS tl;dr dialog for it (you can hammer next for like 10 minutes straight and you'll still be in dialog).

What I did was I got the file from:

I figured it out right after I posted it actually. When a monster monster subdues you it sets a flag to make your attacks do no damage while you struggle. If you don't struggle the flag isn't reset, but if you do and you break away the game does re-enable your attacks. All you have to do is get raped again by another monster and then break away.

Ok. From what I can gather from the latest version, the Onsen Town is not complete, seeing how all the quests now point you to the City after you are done with the guild quests.

All the girls now have 2 charged attacks, but need their pregnancy image files dones, even if the script is now ready.

And there are other 2 NEW places, but no quest or path takes you there, so they both must be under works. A couple new items added in stores, gear for each girl and assorted things that remind me of Final Fantasy 1.

After she remember the teachings her master gave her, she will volunteer to go rescue Ashley. It's not character level but "guild level" which is a hidden counter that goes up when you complete quests and stuff.
There is a ranking on the wall to the right of the counter in the Onsen town, Nanako needs to be top 10 or top 5 or something to be able to do the murder quest.

Although I must say what gets to me the most is how partially done most things in the game are. Sure VH is pretty much an Alpha version game but aside from the Onsen town which we got in the beginning I very rarely(Well,actually never) see something implemented which is implemented for the first time that runs all the way through. And by run all the way through I mean have completed objectives,dialog and scenes. Won't kill them to finish things no matter how buggy before showing them off.

Sure VH is pretty much an Alpha version game but aside from the Onsen town which we got in the beginning I very rarely(Well,actually never) see something implemented which is implemented for the first time that runs all the way through.
I imagine many start out with big plans for the event/town they're making then lose motivation half way through.

Lately they've been putting a lot of work into making other characters besides Nanako playable (i.e. working out a system where they can use the same variables for facial expressions for all characters). A couple of months ago if you used the other characters and you got an event that used some facial expression you'd get Nanakos face plastered on top of your characters face, now it works correctly (mostly).
There is also the one guy who is working ceaselessly on the Orc town "main story quest" with HUGE amounts of dialog.
Two years ago bandit quest was nothing, now it is more or less finished with working sneaking mini game, boss fight etc (so stuff has hope of getting finished... eventually).

I don't know if you people noticed, but there a couple of new things in Onsen Town, namely the Inn.

In the first floor, to the right, the toilet will allow Nanako to relieve her bladder or attempt to relieve herself, but she won't be able to calm herself completely.

The Bath area now has a new event at night. You will be charged 5 gold to use it every time, but each time has a chance to trigger an event where Nanako will be attacked by a rapist, who will keep raping Nanako untill she beats him, and he has over 600HP. You will be given 3 options, though only 2 matter.

- Let him be (You will get a VH heart)
- Hand him over to the local authorities (500 gold reward)
- Rape him (Does nothing, even if Nanako is a massive slut and/or horny, since she says she wants nothing to do with him)

There is also a chance a Shota will appear, but he will simply stammer, comment on Nanako's tits and run away.

There is also one variant where a guy sneaks up on Nanako and cums in her face then runs around harmlessly till Nanako beats him up (no reward for beating him).
