As much as I appreciate the efforts of whoever translates these games, they're so literal the dialogue is almost gibberish at times. They're in desperate need of an editor.

Zun's finest moments as a writer, few as they are, are in the exchanges where people answers rhetorical questions and take figures of speech literally. Like in

P: "Careful there. These books are worth more than the donations your shrine gets in an entire year!"
R: "But I hardly get any donations."
P: "Oh? Well I guess they're worthless then."
