As a fan of the manga, I find it a bit dull, and a lot of the humor seems flat and predictable to me. But the anime does seem to be improving as it goes along, and ep 5 actually made me laugh a couple times. I think it's too early to pass judgment.

A Channel is almost a masterpiece compared to Yuru Yuri.
It's occasionally heartwarming, funny, and has characters that actually interact with each other for reasons other than the writer making cheap unfunny jokes.
Yuru Yuri manga was really bad already, the anime doesn't improve much on it, and unless they suddenly change staff or something I don't see how can it possibly be "too early" to pass judgment.
