The language is pretty easy though, it was the first Japanese VN I struggled through about 3 and a half years ago when I barely knew even the first grade kanji.
It's tempting to even give it a go myself now, but H-scenes are a pain to translate and they make up a large portion of the game.

Agreed OP, she was adorable in this.

There's one especially cute scene with Aya (I think it might even be right after OP's image) where the player-character reacts with "Argh, why isn't it legal to marry elementary school students in Japan?!" and I inorite'd harder than ever before.

The game as a whole is just really good, one of my favorites. I was grinning like a madman during the final sequence--that's pretty much the ultimate troll of anti-(loli)porn crusaders right there. It's hilarious in an otaku-taboo-humor "I can't believe they did that" kind of way but I hope no politician ever sees it.

They redid all the art for the DVD version, I'm not sure if there are any more scenes not having played the original myself.

Ok, so, this as well as some of Sakuranbo's other games have this theme of "Children want to have sex, too!" in them.
But this particular one took it a step further with this scene near the end where the two girls speak directly to the player/audience (not to the game's protagonist) and say very directly "There are kids like us in real life just waiting for you to reach out your hand to them! Don't disappoint them!"
