If I remember correctly, the fanon idea worked out is that the Hourai Elixir obliterates your existing history and locks you in a permanent state for eternity.

So the "immortality" is somewhat akin to loading a savestate of you as you drank the elixir.

Won't work, you can't do anything to the original Servants that were pulled out from the cicle of reincarnation and are currently stored in the Throne of Heroes which exists outside of time and space. The same goes for the Servant which is just a copy the eone in the Throne. Changing/eating history will do nothing to the Servant/heroe, nothing at all.

And even if they do, that won't affect the copy of the original heroe at the throne that is summoned durng the Grail Wars, since they are maintained by the Holy Grail and the Master.

In human form, Keine can make a reality in which things or events never happened.
In hakutaku form, she can create realities in which events that didn't happen, did.
And since she can move entities between those realities, she can make it as if those heroes never existed by moving everyone but them into this new reality.
