Yes, even if its the only way to preserve your life it should still make you feel bad you did it and you should carry that person's memory for all life.

probably not, I don't have the stomach to rip out a girl liver and eat it also I've never really liked liver strait in non-pate form and immortality just doesn't sound as sexy as it does in a none fantasy universe.
