Yes. Tripnames are only useful for original content, and it has been a LONG time since any tripfag has regularly produced such content to justify use of a tripname.

Forced anonymous would make the board much better. We'd lose nothing that they couldn't post just the same as anonymous, and if they are artists, they can mention their name or put it on their work.
