I agree with this, but your chances of success are greatly increased if you can control when you want to masturbate. Sexual drive varies on an individual basis, so while some can do what they want (with no body cravings) others will suffer from stress, depression, etc until they can do what their body is asking for. The latter will have a harder time focusing, improving their mental training (which is more difficult imo).

That's a tricky subject. You'll hear different things from different people. Some say it's a completely different kind of magic and some say they have the same origin. It's not really possible to find out without delving into it yourself or trusting someone with knowledge on the subject. You will most likely wake up in a circle of blood or on a bonfire if you go asking around though.
