Okay so I just ordered my first ona hole, it'll arrive by friday. Pictured is the model I went for although to be honest I didn't really know what to pick.

You can clean the hole by removing the rim that holds the silicon tube in place, Then you need to turn the tube inside out. and wash it with warm water and soap. let it dry and do your best to put the rim back on to keep it in place.

this will wash out the lube, but you can buy KY 2 in 1 oil about $5

Also you have to do this after every use or risk a urinary infection. bacteria will grow kinda fast.
