Once found a full translation of it- both literal and figurative, by an eleven trying to get the point across. Literally, it came across as a tea party being held by the singer, offering guests various treats while she sings, who tends to throw tantrums when they aren't responsive. Figuratively, she's RIPPING OUT THEIR HEARTS AND BONES WHILE SCREAMING, HOLY SHIT. Then, when the guests are dead, she gets angry about them not doing anything, so she throws away the bones and looks for a new guest to 'entertain'.
