So, what is the diffarance between the jap verion and the western version of persona 3? pic related is why and what I want to know.

I recall hearing that the final dialog for the relationship between FeMC and Ken is slightly more sexual but nothing explicit. IDK that could have been a rumor.

Also, there's no way to have sex in the part in OP's picture. You just loop until you choose the right option and then talk to whichever male party member you chose.
