I bought a book for practice in a Japanese bookshop about a year back.

The front cover was like a silhouette, I thought it was like a man and a woman kissing.

Anyway tl;dr after reading a little and seeing レスビアン pop up several times I quickly realised the shadow on the front cover is that of two women having sex, the author bio says she's an IRL lesbian and the whole book was lesbo ero fiction

Suddenly it made sense why the girl in the shop looked so weirded out as I bought it ;_;
