I was worried at the beginning that it would be the exact same as Giving Day, but they changed the costumes and a few songs. I think even the dance moves were the same. It was worth it though, the new costumes were amazing.

It was pretty awesome, though it felt a bit short. The japanese one was 1h 50m and the us one was 1h 20m. They cut a lot of rin/ren/luka. :(

The concert started out the same, but a good number of the songs were different. There were some interesting changes, like World's End Dance Hall was in English, although I couldn't understand a word she said. Are you from Earth? I don't mean disrespect but there needs to be more of a backstory like in real life for all idols/singers/politicians in the spotlight. She needs to be set up with a attitude, charisma and most importantly set of values which she holds dear.
