So I have these now. I got them all in a cardboard box, with no original boxes. Also they are full of dust. What do you guys think? Should I keep them? put them up on Ebay?

Are they rare or good?

My collection of touhous probably have passed the $3,000 mark with all my figures/fumos etc. I have put so much of my time into that collection and the emotional attachment I have is huge.

I myself don't recognized half the characters in that picture but as other posts have said I guess a lot are from queen's blade

If someone I knew were to have sold my figures/destroyed etc, I would honestly kill them, or at least inflict severe bodily harm. Even worse seeing as how he is in the military I am sure he is in physically good stature.

First, don't just throw them together like that and risk damaging them. Second, a relationship ending, regardless of the circumstance, is no excuse to steal somebody's property and give to someone else. Also, since you know that they are not your or his ex's property it is not your right to sell them. I recommend storing them nicely away from dust, mildew, strong light sources, and keep them in a climate controlled area. If your friend has an issue with this explain to her why she is in the wrong and try to convince her of the fact. Lastly, this man has very good taste.

If I were you I'd try to find out more about the situation first. If your stupid friend gives a hint about you and the guy finds out that you sold his treasures you or your female friend could easily end up, no joke, dead or seriously injured. That is feasible. While it largely depends on his personality, he may be relieved enough to part with a few after learning that his entire collection has been thrown out by a vapid bitch. Don't depend on getting all you want though, since his attachment to each character will be different.

As for the prices of figures, it depends on the size, quality, popularity of the character depicted and rarity. Particularly well-crafted ones go for up to $1000 first-hand (20th Anniversary Guts, for example) and this price can increase with time.

I think the worst thing to come from all of this is the amount of time she expects me to spend with her now.
