This particular sequence actually happens to be present in uncensored form. The mosaic was added later as a small overlay. The gif you posted seems to use these uncensored images, but it looks jittery because whoever put it together didn't align it correctly. I've included a gif with a less spastic vagina, though I can't guarantee satisfaction.

So far this is the only scene I've found that actually had uncensored frames included, though. I guess it would be a hell of a lot of work to uncensor the other animated scenes.
