Yeah there are events.
Isoroku's is to use the other command to search for Kou (the purple one, not the 15 search one)
Kenshin's is to use the event to go on a picnic with her (turns up if you send her and Rance into battle together, I think she has to be at trust at least)
Ran's is if you search her dungeon before Honnouji

Also the wiki is your friend.

In one turn I spend all my gold or almost all in more archers for Niwa Nagahid, but he was doing the same damage with 1000 units that with 600.

Dude, use your brain. Mouri is not an enemy you simply overpower with numbers at the beginning. They won't become weak until after the grand battle or after you've bled them dry. There's thought that comes into fighting in Sengoku Rance.

Musketeers deal a lot of damage but also take a ton of damage when hit. They're probably not a bad idea to use early when you're short on commanders

dig dungeons, you get textbooks and gifts. Textbooks improve the unit drastically if used right. Gifts bring the unit closer to powerup.
def is damage control, int decreases magic damage, improves your attack a little bit and makes the footmen guard for more %, spd makes you expend actions faster.

Also don't be afraid to hire generics on first playthrough, try some of the ones available and pick the ones that you need. But much more than that, CALL THE REINFORCEMENTS FROM CONTINENT
