Aya route would've been okay, but what was REALLY missing was a Kyoko route.

Seriously, if all the heroines are supposed to be broken in some way (which doesn't really apply to Aya), Kyoko would've fitted perfectly. Asshole boyfriend she clings on to despite him cheating on her (bitches and whores, etc)? Taking out her insecurities on Aeka? Almost killing her over nothing?

She's crazy, and would've been interesting to explore. In all ways.
