I finished Kanjidamage, Tae Kim, and Genki; is that enough for N3? Also what's the best way to learn more jukugo? Kanjidamage was helpful but I keep running into jukugo I don't know.

Just read anything, immediately look up any compounds you don't know or aren't sure of. Try obtaining some light novels, I find them easier to read than VNs or video games because you can just open/close them whenever you need to. If you've already read all of Tae Kim and know the stuff well then you'll have no trouble with N3.
