Hell no.

Shinki and Mima are dead, they no longer exist, they're dinosaurs. Level 4+ Touhoes are always new touhoes (unless they're fucking Aya).

Shinki and Mima will never appear again, not in the shooting games, not in the fighting games, hell, not even in the endings.

Why will they not come back? Cause no one fuckin' played the PC-98 games and ZUN has been steadily reusing ideas from them. Knife slinging maid? Twin-tailed science loli? Vampires? PC-98 Had all these.

Maybe the Shinki and Mima concepts will be recycled, but they sure as hell won't be coming back.
