So last time someone told I should try to eat "ibuprofen" if I want to get to Gensokyo but I have no idea how to get it without my parents starting to suspect me of making portals... Should I ask them to buy it for me? But what reason should I give?

Because I already have troubles (I gave away most of my things (even computer!!!!), and I told my parents that I might try to stop to be NEET and and they signed me to some NEET support group and I have to think how to escape it)

There are alternative ways to open a portal to Gensokyo, OP.

Build a sacrificial altar and sacrifice humans on it. Be sure to do it until a portal opens. Sometimes it takes dozens, but in some cases it could take hundreds.
