You can choose character voices when you make your character and they have some famous voice actors like Kugimiya Rie, Norio Wakamoto, Horie Yui, some others that I don't know off the top of my head and they recently added Kanae Ito and Chiaki Omigawa as options when they started this Hanasaku Iroha collaboration.

I initially made a cleric that looked like Kaguya and named her Teruyo, but I deleted her and made another that looked like Teto-san with Kugimiya Rie's yandere voice setting. When Teruyo is done being deleted (3 day deletion time) I'm going to make a monk that looks like Saten-san with Kanae Ito's voice.

Oddly enough, some of the special voices are able to be used on any character regardless of gender. I also think the Ohana in the picture is from an item in-game that makes you look like that. I haven't looked too much into it since it doesn't really interest me.
