Meditation is a simple process
Of watching your own mind.
Not fighting with the mind
Not trying to control it either
Just remaining there, a choiceless witness.

That this should not come to my mind
That this is an ugly thought and
This is a very beautiful and virtuous thought.
You should not judge

Because the moment you judge, you lose meditation.

You create relationships.
Meditation means
Remaining unrelated with your thought process

The less alert you are, the more thoughts pass.
It is as if traffic depends on your awareness.
When you are perfectly aware
Even for a single moment, all thinking stops.
Immediately, there is a sudden stop
And the road is empty, there is no traffic.
That moment is meditation.

You need an upset, OP. Go outside, take a walk. Exercize. Lift weights. Get the blood flowing. Eat vegetables and lots of nutrients, avoid carbs. Get some new experiences. Listen to music you'd never thought to listen to before. Study Japanese. Learn to draw. Make a VN. Once you take the initiative and get some momentum going, you won't want to stop.

The important thing is to develop enough interests that even when 99 things bore you there's still 99 others that you haven't done yet.
