Mechadoll made some of the best ones because Yves Baer is a pretty good artist. Problem is he's also a deadbeat and hasn't delivered on his dolls.

Right now the best ones that I'd trust are sinthetics. They are customizable, have heating and most importantly, have customized inserts for sex.

Most of the dolls on the market are one size fits all. Unfortunately, if you've ever tried a Fleshlight you know that their default pink lady is loose as fuck and Jap sex toys feel better because they're designed to squeeze down more.

You take an inflatable doll, make a cut in the lower back, fill it up with that spray sealing foam, then use a vinyl repair kit to seal the hole back up. $50 Realdoll?

I was also thinking about making a skeleton for it using electrical conduit, with flexible conduit for the joints, but I think the foam is too stiff to allow any bending.
