- SDM
- Eientei
- Chireiden
- Youkai Mountain (led by Moriya Shrine)
- Myouren Temple
- Loners Union (Reimu, Marisa, Alice, Suika)
- Mugenkan

Each faction have army of their followers and fight by force and tactics. Which faction will win?
And will Heaven (Tenshi), Netherworld (Yuyuko, Yukari) join in the middle?

Only the Youkai mountain has any real army/forces.
Eientei and SDM have small servant armies.

My money is on Eientei though. They have the most defensible position, hiding in a forest that will severely hamper attackers and Mokou and Kaguya are immortal.

Question is if Chireiden would be allies with Moriya or not. It would make for an interesting situation.

I don't see why Eientei would give a shit, Lunarians and all. They seems like they'd be neutral and aid with medical help, or maybe try to gain something from the situation.

Also those two are strong and proud, they'd like to go full force at each other ass shouting "I'm fucking the best mate!". Also Suika left and seems to enjoy being in the Hakurei shrine better.

I think if this is the case SDM and Eientei are really strong. Both are good at tactics (Remilia, Patchouli vs Eirin, Kaguya) and have strong force (Meiling, Flandre, Sakuya vs Mokou, Reisen, Ex-Keine). The army should be the same, as Eientei is more popular with Eirin's clinic, but they reside in the worst forest ever, while SDM is basically evil and not many people wanna draw near.

Moriya is a powerful force, but I have the feeling they're not loved much. The tengu may just do as they please and may even rebel (They're free from the oni, dun wanna be under some goddesses now)

Chireiden can bring the Blight, have Yuugi and Okuu, but I'm not sure if Satori is a good tactician.

Eientei seems to piss everyone off in IN, so they will be the first to be eliminated. Of course because of those immortals too. I can see how the whole Gensokyo team up to take down Eientei in the first week, the divided and plan to sneakily attack each others.

Three Kingdoms? SDM is like Shu, everyone is strong and popular. Moriya is Wei and Wu is Chireiden. That's my opinion.

SDM has 5, maybe 6 real fighters. The rest are fairies. They sit on the best library of magic ever. Prime target.
Eintei has AN ARMY OF RABBITS. Eirin would doubtlessly have some sort of super-soldier potion. Nobody has any reason to attack them, they posses nothing of value.
Chireden is unassailable. Unless they get Makai as well, they're note gonna be taking any territory.

Myouren is neutral territory. loljesus.
Reimu is mercenary. Everyone else follows. Yukari gaphax everything.

No need to be a good tactician if you can just take hostages and read their minds, or read the mind of the enemy general on the battlefield.

I'd bet on Chireiden, but Kaguya being immortal makes any discussion pointless.
Maybe if Moukou would join Chireiden just for the sake of fighting Kaguya then she could keep her busy while Chireiden fights the rest of Eientei

She's Entirely loyal to Satori. Recall that Okuu is one of Satori's dearest pets. Additionally, if the whole MoF industrial revolution kicks in, I'd expect Chireiden power to fuel Youkai Mountain war machines, in which case it's game over for anyone lacking in the anti-armor department.

This war is most likely started by the Loners (possibly instigated by the Yakumos) as they're the only ones who doesn't have any possession of extreme value, or Reimu is just a genocidal maniac.

We can't say the same about the Chireiden pet army though so we have to assume that most of them still only have their animal form unlike Okuu and Orin
