Its Honoka from "Suzuka." I liked the show, its a high school drama where the characters actively persue their love interest. I especially liked how Honoka develops. You'll find though that there are heaps of people who hate the show. But in case you want to watch it and need to decide on sub vs dub, the sub VA's are way way better. The Eng ones didnt match their chars and sounded like they weren't trying.
