Seeking A File, Looking For A Translator

So, I have an odd request, and I have no idea whether you guys will have the answer or not, but /r/ is a clusterfuck as usual right now.

I'm attempting to find a Japanese video file. I have the name of it, and I even have a website that seems to be a filesharing download spot. However, Google Translator is shitty, and I can't read Moonspeak to figure out how to work it, or if it's even what I think it is.

Can anyone here translate Japanese on this website? I'm kind of assuming that the /jp/ board will have someone who knows Japanese - more likely than /r/ anyways.

If /jp/ doesn't have people who can translate, could you direct me to a part of 4chan that would? (And yes, I'm working on learning the language myself via classes and textbooks, but one-to-one translation isn't flying here, and this is pretty much beyond where I am now)
