So, what's the deal with Tenshi, anyway? She's a Celestial, is Reimu fighting her in Heaven? Why?

What's her power level around? Suika's level? Yukari's? 'Manipulation of Land' sounds pretty weak compared to some other hax Touhou abilities.

If she's a Celestial, isn't 'Tenshi' an extremely uncreative name, like naming a fluffy cat 'Fluffy'?
