Cloche is extremely well done for her archetype... but in the end, she's just that.
Jacqli is a moeblob.
Luca is love. Delicious, twisted, love.
Jacqli is the one I'd suggest going for though, as Luca and Cloche are extremely gay for each other and they're perfectly fine without the protagonist.

Screw them both and go for Jacqi. Luca's an actual example of the moe Archetype, and Cloche's a Tsundere. If you're in to those, then go for them. Personally, I like none of the options, but I'll do with kuu over tsun and moe.

It doesn't actually matter for the story though. Choose who you like more.

Cloche is kind of a bitch at first but she softens up pretty quickly, and has pretty good reasons for her attitude. Shes also one of the few heroines in the series that actually gets results and isn't just moe-bait trash.

Third girl is awesome but her romance is really forced. Nice ending though.
