I'm having a great time neeting (2.5 years now) and do fun things every day.

Having a job and getting money is great, but really, don't let anyone tell you that it's better than living as a NEET. In order to continue having fun/enjoying yourself (or staving off hunger and freezing on the streets) one occasionally may have to indulge in nonfun activities for the production of funds in order to have that fun/enjoying yourself.

Sure, you can fap on an empty stomach but it'll get to the point where it won't be fun any more and you just have to eat something.

It's usually a good idea to not get to that stage.

the definition of "time well spent" is different to everyone OP. Surely you know this? If one believes that by enjoying themselves their time is not wasted, who are you to tell them otherwise?

I'm probably wasting my time to the eyes of the rest of the world, but I'm enjoying the little things as I go along. So no, I don't feel as though my time is being wasted. After we die, it's all meaningless anyways.
