Black holes move just like anything else.

And the thing about the gravitational attraction is true.

Right now you're exerting the same gravitational attraction on the earth as it is on you, you just don't notice your effect on the earth because it's tiny.

So when you jump the earth pulls you back down to it, but you also pull it up to you.

The comment is still a little weird though. Black holes exert one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful, gravitational forces in the universe, representative of the fact that they're able to condense even light into a singularity (thus, black hole). So finding something with a "bigger gravitational pull" is pretty damn hard.

Gravity is just gravity, black hole or not. The thing that makes them black holes is that their gravity is strong enough to crush their matter below the radius in which the gravity of something is strong enough to keep it from escaping. That radius exists even though the matter is collapsed to a point, and that part is the black hole. Outside of that radius, it doesn't pull anything more than it would as a star and is the same as any other object. So basically, there are stars with stronger gravitational pulls. It's only the black part of the hole inside that certain radius that's all fucked.
