It's a world unlike the one you know. Flandre Scarlet is the head of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, Remilia is a coward who shuns all contact with others, only speaking to her sister from a deep dungeon, and only when she absolutely needs something.

Hong Meiling is Flandre's trusted second in command of the household, Sakuya Izayoi the weak but dedicated maid with a heard of gold. Patchouli Knowledge is the air-headed assistant librarian, and Koakuma Scarlet doubles as both the head of the extensive library, and honorary big sister to the lady of the house (being even physically stronger than Flandre, though not as powerful).
