I think Parsee is one of the saddest touhous. Why is it that the touhous with the saddest backstories have also some of the best themes. The Prismriver sisters, Flandre, Satori and Parsee have pretty sad pasts and pretty awesome themes.
Now that I think about it, a lot of touhous have had very sad lives.
