So I posted last night asking about SAL Registered shipping and the tracking information, since after almost two weeks the tracking wasn't updated past the first day's notice. Sure enough, I get home tonight to find a box sitting in my room.

Looks really good, no complaints about Griffon for this one, though it's a pretty simple figure - she's connected to the base, and Laevatein is connected to a detachable arm - so there's not much to screw up. The base is actually slightly elevated, looks pretty good, but I thought it was weird that they went away from the normal black base with the little nameplate, since Remilia Gungir had it.

Guys, do you know how mandarake charge for handling fee.
I have made like a lots of order before this, all 0 for handling fee.
My current order I got charged for 500 handling fee.
I always make sure to order them from the same shop so I have no idea why this time I got charged.

Kit in question is in the pic. Pre-ordered at E2046 but like I mentioned in my post they have to collect a certain # of pre-orders before they begin casting it at the factory, so I have no clue when the kit will actually be done. The pre-painting service is kind of pricey, or at least the one I contacted is. If anyone can find a better place to order the un-painted kit that'd be pretty sweet.

She mentioned it'll be around $170 for the full paint job and she scales her pricing up depending on the size of the GK. Expensive sure, but I don't really want to fuck up the kit and this seems a bit harder than spraypainting the plamo kits I'm used to doing.

I live about 50 kilometres from their warehouse, and shipping is 5 Euro. That's almost as expensive as shipping from Japan for a smaller figure.
Looking at their prices they are going for a big gain margin. Too big in my book.
