Asking out of curiosity: any of you have tried to rearrange touhou music? Which prog do you use?
Also, what all of those doujin arrangers out there use?

I only arrange them by the event they were released. Any other than that, I just tag their IDs according to genre/artist, etc. I use Winamp just for playing them.

I use FL studio because it is easy and I can't find a better program
I also would love to know if there is better software
I'm also wondering where a lot of rearrangers get their highpitch voice presets that you hear often in half the songs.

what programs do you use?

I've always tried to make (piano) arrangements of touhou music, as well as some of the songs from tsukihime, but I have no compositional talent. I can play most of the shit that people write, though.
