So, I've finished playing "Ikari Shinji Ikusei Keikaku" and did the Mana Kirishima route. But even though I've assisted to all the club's meetings I couldn't get the relationship ending with Mana. Did I missed something or did need to increase my stats?

From what I've found, just doing music club activities should be enough. If you wound up with someone else, then maybe you should cut back on interacting with that character.
