I know /v/ can talk about VN, but I'd rather ask here, I recently finished Yume Miru Kusuri and was hoping to see if there are any VN's like this game, very character heavy.

The thing is, most VNs are character centered. It all depends on the sort of characters that interest you. Later on, you could branch out and try something driven by plot instead. Both variants have their merits.
