My guess is that phrase is supposed to mean something like "Lolis smile back at death". Considering the themes (the goth loli aesthetic, the Grin Reapers and other enemies you kill, etc) and name of the game (I don't have to point that one out) it's not too unreasonable to think of it that way. You don't really need to explicitly state that your game has little girls in them when they're all over the cover.

It's still dumb but you're thinking too seriously about it.
