According to a walkthrough site it's one path straight, no routes no matter the choices. One scene with the mother, 4 with Chinatsu, 1 with Haruka, 2 threesome with both.
Take this with a grain of salt, however so far I haven't had reason to doubt this site credibilty.

The thing I didn't like about the game was that they pretty much artifically tried to make it longer by animating every scene when you are exploring the house(more like opening empty rooms most of the time).
