Hey /jp/, greetings from /x/. Many people have been wondering about the source of this image, and I know some of you here can read Japanese. If you could translate the text into romaji and, if possible, English, you'd be a hero. We've tried to figure out the story behind this one for years now.
(Sorry if it scares anyone, but I figured this would be the best place to ask. I spoilered the image just in case.)

Okay whatever. This is as much as I can get from the fuzzy text in that pic:

I have absolutely no idea what those three kanji after 他の are. Anyone else?

Anyway OP it doesn't matter because the meaning of the text is clear: it's one of those standard "if you don't send this, x will happen" junk mail messages. It basically says if you don't spread that image within an hour then something bad will happen (the line at the bottom implies death). It's nothing noteworthy.

That is a creepy picture though, damn.

The first line is something to the effect of if you don't repost this within an hour, your fears will come true at the end of the year.

The second line is a proverb that literally says "the rabbit that forgets the snow will always starve", which has the meaning of the pleasure of being cummed inside (spoiler'd in case it scares someone).
