/neet/ I need your help. i set up my pc so I can use it from my bed but everything looks so tiny and zooming in with the mouse wheel each time i open a thread is annoying. is there a way to change permanently the zoom level in firefox? i have the newest version.

Why are you using a CRT monitor? The weight of an LCD monitor is smaller than the weight of a CRT monitor and the weight of a CRT monitor is greater than the weight of the LCD monitor, meaning the LCD monitor weighs less than the CRT monitor and the CRT monitor weighs more than the LCD monitor, and since the less it weighs the safer it is to mount it like that since it weighs less so it puts less stress on the stand that connects the monitor to an object that can carry the monitor so it doesn't fall down unless it weighs too much in which it can break and fall down because of too much weight. So since an LCD monitor weighs less than a CRT monitor because the LCD monitor has a weight lesser than the CRT monitor, the LCD monitor would be safer as it weighs less and would put less stress on the stand connecting it to an object holding the weight of the monitor which if isn't too much will succesfully carry the weight of the monitor so it won't fall down.

This will increase your default zoom level.
If you don't want to resize images, you can selectively increase font sizes without affecting the rest of the layout.
