Well, those A5s aren't going to sound all that great sitting on the floor like that, either. I have a pair of A2s that sound like garbage until I get them up on stands at (approximately) ear level, and then they sound fantastic. Seriously, get those speakers up off the ground and away from the wall and you'll enjoy them far more.

I own the a5s, klipsch ifi and promedia 2.1 and have done proper comparisons of them. For some reason I like the promedia mid-range a lot better. Old pic with the ifis.
