Just apply yourself and get out some. There's always a job somewhere. Also helps if you are able to travel for your job, cause I had to move to find one.

Looks like becoming an ex-NEET did nothing to help your self-esteem because you feel the need to attention whore on /jp/.

Moved out to another state (Washington) after hearing about job offerings over there. Ended up applying myself to all the hiring businesses, and got myself employed. It took awhile, and I had to sleep on a friend's couch for a few months.

Also helps when your friend happens to be employed, too. Recommendations are awesome.

since we had to bring up the topic of algorithms i have to make an obligatory OH I KNOW! I KNOW! I KNOW!

Boyer-Moore algorithm runs in O(n) which is ok for a search but in the real world we'd like to see stuff like O(logn) instead, so for its practical purposes, not that great

though my scope of knowledge is limited to second year comp sci algorithms, i wouldn't know of more complex run times

It'd get deleted too fast in /b/ (who cares about anyone from /jp/ there?) and /soc/ wouldn't be very constructive. I figured it'd be more fitting here.

I'm a real ex-neet with borderline hikki tendencies.

I cringe every time I hear you retards spout nonsense like "ascend from NEET-level".
It's no ascend.

If you don't have to get a job, then don't, for fucks sake. Nothing is worse than working and "normal life".
