Lately I've found myself more in love with the artists behind the characters than the characters they create. Is this a normal evolution of the 2d complex that other anons have experienced or am I losing my hold on fantasy?

Basically I just want to fuck Aoi Nishimata till I go blind based solely on her artwork.

It seems like it would be more common if more artists/authors drew/wrote for the opposite sex. Since most males read stuff made by males and females read things written by females, it's unlikely too many would be interested in those creators.
