Yes, it lets you do it without the 18 since it's two characters. It just includes everything with "r-" in it, so it gets 15, 17.9, etc.

Also, Pixiv is fucking shit in terms of user interface, it doesn't let you order pics after score, favorites or in random order, only by date. Hence Pictures that weren't made either recently or when the tag was first used pretty much vanish. Oh well, I guess it's part of the whole "Japs are bad at web-design" thing, which in turn is part of "Japs are bad with computers"
