Im sorry "Baron-Cohen developed the E-S model in the context of his research into autism. Baron-Cohen argues that about two-thirds of people with autism or Asperger syndrome have an extreme S-type brain, with intact or strong systemizing alongside below-average empathy.
Evidence for this comes not just from their scores on the EQ and SQ but also from experimental (performance) tests of empathy and systemizing."

Aside from the few people I hold my trust in, I'm of the opinion that it's useful to figure out what people are feeling, since it makes it easier to use them. If you can make people think you empathize with them, they'll trust you more, and if they trust you more, they'll do more things for you.

I thought I was good at empathizing, but apparently actually caring is different. I always read VNs by empathizing with the protagonist, but I can't read stories where they ignore really obvious stuff or get fucked over constantly. NTR is basically my most hated genre because of that.
