You're somehow missing "Pre - The terribler", which should be impossible as you have to hear it before you can hear "The terribler", which you already have. So, reload save and go fight Orochi again? Doesn't matter if you win or lose, you just need that pre-battle theme to play.

Playing true route right now, and Tenshi declared war on me, also at war with Kenshin. The only defeated houses are Ashikaga, Asai-Asakura, Hara and the musket guy. Yet in a battle against Tenshi he sent Honda Masanobu, one of the Tokagawa raccoon-dogs. How did this happen? A cut scene just barely played showing him massaging Tokagawa's feet.
