I think it charges pretty slow, and the effective area isn't that big nor lasts for a decent amount of time.

Medicine, on the other hand, is the only character that manipulates the speed at which you move, her clouds of poison doesn't disappear by using spells and the effects can overlap themselves, turning you into a Touhou girl charging her camera while using focused movement at all times. And the only requirement to do this, is to rack up points.

Oh and she can touch the spirits's ethereal asses without dying?, I maid.

While Medicine will seriously fuck up your playing screen after 2 minutes, so will EVERY other character (except Cirno). The difference is that Medicine fucks you up with poison that slows you down causing you to get killed, while other characters fuck you up with bullets and EX attacks that directly kill you. I've actually found that against the lunatic storymode AI, battles with Medicine last much longer than the other characters.

Whoever just connected, you probably need to set th09.exe to run in compatibility mode to windows 98. Otherwise check and make sure that the controls for P1 in the ingame config are set to FULL.
