Wow, didn't know anyone on /jp/ played this. I Played it a lot a couple years ago, made it to the top 10 scores and had number 1 in several songs. But I imagine there are more people now or something and its much harder. I stopped playing because I hated most of the songs that were getting mapped and was really tired of full clearing shit songs just for points. Also using a mouse was making it impossible to compete. Maybe I'll reinstall to play casually sometime.

I gave up on this game when I realized that most of the maps were horrible, and that I only ever played the Ouendan/EBA songs on it.
Not saying that there are no good maps at all, but they're a lot rarer than the usual "oh hi i can click 999 times per second on this weird pattern" shit. Creativity and fluidity are pretty damn hard to find, and I'm too lazy to make my own maps (and I doubt I'd ever get them moderated).
