That's nothing compared to what happened in Chile.

A news reported managed to get into a this big supermarket while it was being looted (because our (female) president was too scared to call in the military to put some order) and check what was being stolen. While I didn't watch all the report, I saw that the whole fruits and vegetables aisle was untouched while the electronic devices one was completely looted. Also, after they looted all those luxury items, they broke into the warehouse and started stealing brand shoes. So yeah, I doubt Japan was worse than that.
